At SRFACE, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your next session. If your wetsuit or accessories don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the wetsuit is folded carefully to avoid permanent creasing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
